"I would like to bring to your attention the extraordinary services rendered to myself and my wife, Inge in the marketing and sale of my home at 4151 Bissonnet by your agent, Gayle King. She met with us in October 2019 to review our home and create a marketing program to get it sold. She was our third REALTOR® in two years. Gayle reviewed the previous marketing efforts. Then she came up with another idea which she felt would overcome the resistance of buyers purchasing a house on a busy street which cornered on West Point. She suggested we request a fence/wall variance from the West U Planning Commission that would convey to a new buyer. She had experience in dealing with city commissions and permitting. She prepared all the reports required by the commission for submission, attended each monthly meeting with me & even had the field traffic study & new survey done as requested. Gayle replied directly to the commission on questions and because of her perseverance, the fence variance was granted after a final lengthy meeting in March 2020."
"Gayle has been my broker for many years and when she presented the historic Neuhaus estate home to my wife and me, we had to purchase it. This was a very complicated process separating out 5 acres of a 33 acre estate that included a lake, forming an HOA for the lake and many other legal issues. We are overjoyed with our new home and Gayle's amazing services and her attention to detail and to getting this accomplished."
